Australian domestic and international services

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we have cancelled a large number of our domestic flights through to the end of July 2020 and international flights until 25 October of, with the exception of services between Australia and New Zealand, flights to Cook Islands (Rarotonga) and Fiji.
We're still flying a small number of domestic services to match demand and to help transport freight, including medical supplies as part of the Australian Government’s minimum domestic network.

We will notify customers directly if there are any changes to upcoming flights to advise about available options which depending on the circumstances may be an alternative flight at no additional charge, a voucher to the full value of the booking or a refund.
Please note, cash refunds are only available for customers whose flight was cancelled and we either:
- were not able to provide the customer with an alternative service that is within three hours of the flight’s original departure time, or
- were able to offer an alternative flight departing more than three hours after the originally scheduled departure time, and you decide not to travel.
