Bali flights operating as normal

Last Updated: 03/08/2016 02:01 PM

Following recent cancellations to flights in and out of Bali due to the Mount Rinjani ash cloud, all flights to and from Bali are now operating as scheduled.

We’re doing everything we can to get customers affected by previous cancellations to their destinations as quickly as possible. This includes scheduling two additional Boeing 787 services to/from Bali on 2 August and two additional services on 3 August. We are also filling up our regularly scheduled services by moving affected customers into seats available on these flights.

Customers who were on cancelled flights over 1-2 August may choose to rebook their journeys to/from Bali via other Australian airports at no additional cost. Or they can request a refund for their fares in the form of a Jetstar travel voucher.

Customers can change their booking via the Manage Booking page on Jetstar.com or by contacting our Customer Care team (details below).

The latest flight details can be found on the flight status page on Jetstar.com.

We'll continue to assess conditions and will update this alert if the situation changes.
