Bali flights operating as normal
Last Updated: 29/09/2016 11:07 AM
Flights to and from Bali are operating as normal after ash cloud from the Mount Rinjani volcano in Indonesia affected flights for several airlines including Jetstar earlier this week.
To help customers on cancelled flights get moving, we arranged two additional flights on Wednesday. As it is school holidays our whole network is extremely busy, so it may take some time to get everyone on their way.
If they choose to, customers who were booked on flights to or from Bali on 27 and 28 September will be able to get a credit voucher for their flights or move their flights to/from Bali within the next 28 days without paying a booking change fee or fare difference.
The latest flight details can be found on the flight status page on Jetstar.com.
We have communicated directly with customers on cancelled flights via SMS and email. We encourage customers to ensure their contact details are up to date by logging into the Manage Booking page on Jetstar.com.
We'll continue to monitor Mount Rinjani with the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre and provide updates should conditions change. We will always put safety before schedule and will only operate flights when it is safe to do so.
Thank you for your patience.
