Bali flights operating to normal schedule

Last Updated: 26/11/2017 08:52 PM

We are planning to operate our normal schedule to and from Bali on Monday, 27 November.

Our senior pilots will make further assessments in the morning with the latest information and forecasts from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre to ensure it continues to be safe to operate.

The volcano and movement of ash cloud are highly unpredictable which means we may need to cancel flights at short notice.

You can check the status of you flight from the Flight Status page on Jetstar.com or via our smartphone app.

We will provide another update by 11am tomorrow morning.

Customers on cancelled flights

We are planning to operate an additional Boeing 787 return service between Melbourne and Bali on Monday. We are planning to add more flights on Tuesday.

We have also been moving affected customers onto the limited available seats on scheduled flights in the coming days.

You will be contacted directly to advise you on how to rebook. If you are booked on a cancelled flight and wish to continue to travel, you should not change you booking.

If you do not wish to travel, you can request a voucher to the credit of you booking. This can be done through Manage booking on Jetstar.com.

Update contact details

Customers travelling to or from Bali, including those booked via travel agents or travel websites, should ensure that we have their mobile phone number and email address. This will allow us to contact you. Your contact details can be updated through Manage booking on Jetstar.com.
