Update on travel to/from Bali
Due to the volcanic ash cloud from Mount Rinjani in Lombok, Indonesia, conditions in the vicinity of Denpasar Airport, Bali are unsafe for flying.
As a result, Jetstar has cancelled some flights on Tuesday 3 November (AEST) to and from Bali following assessment of the latest information from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre (VAAC).
A list of cancelled flights for 3 November is below. We plan to provide a further update as soon as possible this afternoon regarding the rest of Tuesday’s flights not on the cancelled list.
We will resume flying as soon as it is safe to do so and we will update customers if poor flying conditions lead to further cancellations.
At this stage, we’re advising customers NOT to travel to the airport for flights to and from Bali and to closely monitor their flight status on Jetstar.com (or via the Jetstar app on their smartphones).
