Update on Bali flying plans for Wednesday, 18 November 2015
(Published 7.00pm AEDT, 17-11-2015)
Wednesday’s flying plans
With continued clear flying conditions we’ve brought another 920 customers back from Bali to Australia today.
Based on current forecast conditions it is likely that we’ll operate a modified schedule tomorrow (Wednesday) with flights to and from Bali.
We plan to operate 6 flights from Bali to Australia and 6 flights from Australia to Bali tomorrow. This list of flights is available below.
All flights are subject to further safety assessment by our team of senior pilots and operational experts in the morning. If conditions change and it is unsafe to fly we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
FLIGHTS FROM BALI TO AUSTRALIA
This afternoon we’ve been re-booking customers on tomorrow’s flights. Please check your email and mobile phone messages for confirmation of your new flight details. You can also check the Manage Booking function on our website to track your booking.
If you are currently in Bali, were booked to fly Bali-Australia between 3-17 November, and have NOT yet received a rebooking confirmation, please travel to the airport tomorrow (see list of tomorrow’s flights below).
Once you get to the airport let our team at Denpasar Airport know that you’re there. They will do their best to accommodate you on one of tomorrow’s flights, subject to seat availability. We’ll be prioritising customers in order of originally booked departure date, starting with those booked from 3 November.
If you haven’t received your new flight details you can also give us a call so we can re-book you on to a flight back to Australia.
Note: At this stage we’re not operating flights from Bali to all Australian cities. If we book you on a service to another city we’ll arrange a domestic connection to get you home on a Jetstar or Qantas flight free of charge.
FLIGHTS FROM AUSTRALIA TO BALI
If flying conditions around Denpasar Airport remain clear on Wednesday we’ll operate 6 passenger services from Australia to Bali (see list below).
If you would like to be re-booked on to one of these flights please give us a call (see numbers to call at the bottom of this page).
If conditions continue to remain clear we’ll look at resuming more passenger services to Bali from Thursday onwards.
Remember: The Mount Rijani volcano remains active and flying conditions around Bali remain unpredictable. We will continue to assess the latest conditions and, should conditions worsen, may have to cancel flights.
Note: If you’re booked to fly with us to Bali in the next few days and would like to change your travel plans we are offering a range of options. The details of this are towards the bottom of this page.
