Flights to Bali resuming today

Last Updated: 26/11/2017 12:45 PM

We will recommence flights to and from Bali this morning.

Our senior pilots, using information and forecasts from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre, have assessed the latest conditions in Bali following the eruption of Mount Agung and deemed that conditions have improved and it is safe to fly.

Most scheduled flights to and from Bali today will operate.

The volcano and movement of ash cloud are highly unpredictable and flights are subject to change at short notice based on assessment of safety to fly.

You can check the status of you flight from the Flight Status page on Jetstar.com or via our smartphone app.

Customers on cancelled flights

We know that flight cancellations are deeply frustrating and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

There are limited available seats on today’s flights. We will be moving as many customers from yesterday’s cancelled flights as we can.

We will also look to put on additional flights over the coming days. You will be contacted directly to advise you on how to rebook. If you are booked on a cancelled flight and wish to continue to travel, you should not change you booking.

If you do not wish to travel, you can request a voucher to the credit of you booking. This can be done through Manage booking on Jetstar.com.

Update contact details

Customers travelling to or from Bali, including those booked via travel agents or travel websites, should ensure that we have their mobile phone number and email address. This will allow us to contact you. Your contact details can be updated through Manage booking on Jetstar.com.
