Shantou and Haikou (Updated on 10 Feb 2020)



Following the extended restrictions
implemented by Singapore’s 
Ministry of Health on 1 February 2020,
Jetstar Asia will suspend all remaining services from Singapore to mainland
China – Shantou and Haikou – until 31 May 2020, when the situation will be
reviewed again.



All scheduled services from Haikou to
Singapore will operate from 1 Feb with the final flight scheduled for 8
February 2020.



A reduced number of services from
Shantou to Singapore will operate on 1, 5 and 7 February with the final flight
on 7 February 2020.



All customers impacted by these
changes will be contacted directly by SMS and/or email and will be able to
cancel their bookings and obtain a full refund or credit
voucher. Customers should contact either Jetstar.com or their travel
agent, depending on how they purchased their ticket.



All Singapore residents and long-term
pass holders, who are in Shantou or Haikou and are currently booked on a return
flight after 7 and 8 February respectively, will be contacted and offered the
opportunity to change their flight and return to Singapore before the
suspension is applied. 



Hefei, Guiyang, Xuzhou (Updated on 28
January 2020)



With China temporarily banning
international group travel from China, Jetstar Asia will temporarily suspend
its services to Hefei, Guiyang and Xuzhou until 31 March 2020 when the
situation will be reviewed again. The last flights to Hefei, Guiyang and
Xuzhou operated on Thursday 30 January.

changes have been contacted directly by SMS and/or email and will be able to
cancel their bookings and obtain a full refund or credit voucher.
