Information on flights affected by the Kumamoto Earthquake and on ticket changes and refunds

As employees of Jetstar Japan, our heartfelt condolences go out to those affected by the Kumamoto Earthquake.
We have special measures in place for customers flying in/out of the Kumamoto Airport, so please see the relevant section below.

Refund: Yes
Change of flight date:

If customers change the date of flights to May 15 or earlier, Jetstar will not charge flight change handling fees or flight fare difference.

Handling fees will not be charged for customers postponing these flights until after May 16. However, differences in flight fare will be charged.
Change of route: No / Refund and create new booking
