Jetstar
domestic and international flights at Nagoya Chubu International Airport will
operate from newly opened Terminal 2 from 20th September 2019.

opening.

Passenger
Service Facility Charge

All
passengers who use Nagoya Chubu International Airport are charged a fee by the
airport, known as the Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC). This charge is
paid by Jetstar who, in turn, pass it on to passengers by including it in their
fare for flights departing from Nagoya Chubu.

International departure

Current /  Adult 2,570 yen Child 1,290 yen

New / Adult 1,280 yen Child 640 yen (Terminal 1 / Adult 2,570 yen Child 1,290
yen)

Child charge applies to passengers 2 – 11 years old. Infants who don’t occupy
seat are exempted from charge. Child charge applies if infants occupy seat.

As a result of Jetstar moving to Terminal 2, the fee charged by the airport is
lower than that charged for Jetstar’s international passengers using Terminal
1. Passengers who have booked international tickets before 25th June
2019, for travel departing Nagoya Chubu from 20th September 2019
onwards, may obtain a partial PSFC refund, which is the difference between the
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 PSFC charges. Eligible passengers may claim this
refund by contacting to the Jetstar contact centre via
Live
Chat

Domestic PSFC will remain as it is currently until farther notice.
