Jetstar is resuming operations after some delays and cancellations due to IT outage

Our airport systems are progressively coming back online and we are working to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
We know delays are frustrating and we’re really sorry for the impact to customer journeys.
Customers on impacted flights are entitled to a refund or can contact us to change their travel dates at no additional cost.
