For passengers travelling to/ from Clark on 23, 24 April

Due to the earthquake in the Philippines, Clark
International Airport has been closed having sustained damage to the terminal.

As a result, several Jetstar Asia flights, to and from Clark
International Airport, on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 April have been
cancelled. A full list of cancelled flights is below.

If your flight has been cancelled, you will be contacted
directly via sms and email with alternative options.  If you have a
Jetstar booking between 22 April to 5 May and want to change your booking,
please go to Manage My Booking on Jetstar.com
and choose from the following options:

  • Rebooking your travel free of charge to an alternative
    date, within 14 days of original departure (same destination)
  • We will
    waive the change fee and fare difference.
  • Request a Jetstar travel voucher to the value of the
    fare purchased on the original affected booking. Travel vouchers can be
    used within six months to book future travel up to 12 months in advance.

Affected passengers will receive direct communication from
Jetstar via the contact details listed on their booking.

Customers who booked through Travel Agents may wish to
contact those agents to update their bookings with their own personal details.

We are monitoring the situation closely and this travel
alert will be updated with the latest information.

We thank you for your understanding and apologise for the
inconvenience caused.

Jetstar’s operations in Manila are not currently affected
and flights are running as scheduled.
