FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO/ FROM JAKARTA FROM 11 MAY

11 May 2018, all Jetstar Asia (3K) flights will arrive and depart from Terminal
3 at Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Indonesia.
Terminal
3 is located next to Terminal 2 and is accessible between terminals via the
Skytrain.
There
is no change in the flight schedule, ground handler, check-in facilities or
check-in timings.
Passengers
are advised to check in at the airport at least two hours before departure and
are reminded to allow ample time for their local transfers to and from the Soekarno-Hatta
International Airport.
Passengers
booked to travel between Singapore and Jakarta on and after 11 May will receive
an updated email itinerary to reflect the location of the new airport.
The
web check-in and straight-to-gate services will continue to be available to
passengers in the new terminal.
Jetstar
Asia currently operates up to 29 weekly services between Singapore and Jakarta.
