Flight Cancellation Information (Sep 5 - 7)
Due to a severe Typhoon (Jebi) in western Japan, Kansai
International Airport (Osaka) is currently closed, with all Jetstar flights
cancelled from Wednesday 5 September to 15:00 on Friday 7 September. A full
list of cancelled flights is below.
If your flight has been cancelled, you will be contacted
directly via sms and email with alternative options, and this Travel Alert will
be updated regularly with the latest information.
If you are due to travel to Osaka in the coming days and wish
to change your travel plans, there are a number of options available to assist.
Please log into Manage Booking with your booking reference number to look at
flight options.
We are closely monitoring the situation and are aware that
the airport may allow a very limited number of services to operate on Friday 7
September. We are working closely with
the airport and our teams on the ground and will resume our scheduled flights
as soon as it is safe for us to do so.
