Potential industrial action in Australia

The Australian Federation of Air
Pilots (AFAP) and the Transport Workers Union has advised they may take
industrial action in coming weeks that could disrupt some Jetstar flights. This
is a result of an ongoing bargaining dispute.
No specific industrial action has
been announced and there is no current impact to services.
If action is taken, we will do
everything possible to minimise any potential delays or cancellations.
If your
flight is affected we will contact you directly via SMS and email to provide your options for an alternative flight.
If your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than three hours, you will be entitled to a refund.
