Recent Immigration Changes

Last Updated: 01/02/2020 06:20 AM

Jetstar has been advised of changes to the immigration regulations for a number of countries around the globe as a result of the coronavirus.

Many countries have implemented entry requirements for travellers who have visited or reside in Hubei province and/or mainland China. If you do not meet the requirements for entry based on these restrictions, you will not be permitted to board your flight.

Please refer to www.smartraveller.gov.au and the relevant government websites for all countries you will be travelling through including your final destination.

These travel requirements are subject to change and we recommend you stay up to date with the latest changes.

If you are no longer able to travel based on new immigration restrictions, please contact us via Live Chat.

Online check-in and airport self-serve kiosks may not be available for check-in to selected destinations.
