We’ll be upgrading our itinerary system on the 24th of July, from 12:00am AEST (Friday) to 7:00am AEST (Friday).
SYSTEMS OFFLINE: During this time you won't be able to receive an itinerary email soon as you make or change a booking, either online or via our Jetstar Reservations call centre. The itinerary email may be delayed up to 10 hours while the itinerary system processes any back log once coming back online.
