Suspension of flights to and from Shanghai

Given the evolving situation of the 2019 novel
coronavirus, Jetstar Japan will suspend its daily service from Narita to
Shanghai (return) until 28 March 2020, when the situation will be reviewed
again.
The last scheduled service of GK35 (NRT-PVG) will
operate on Tuesday 4 February 2020 and GK36 (PVG-NRT) will operate on Wednesday
5 February 2020.
All customers impacted by this change will be
contacted and will be able to;

Cancel
their bookings and obtain a full refund or credit voucher (no fee charged)
