Sydney domestic flight cancellations due to Sydney airport’s Air Traffic Control restrictions

Some of our
domestic flights in and out of Sydney today have been cancelled due to Sydney
Airport Air Traffic Control staff shortages, currently affecting all
airlines operating in and out of Sydney Airport.
Whilst this is
out of our control, we understand how frustrating this is to our customers and
our teams are doing everything we can to minimise cancellations due to this.
All of our
customers affected by these flight cancellations are being directly contacted
via SMS and email with more information regarding their journey and travel
options.
Customers still
wanting to travel to or from Sydney can contact us and change their date of
travel, whilst customers no longer wishing to travel can request for a credit
voucher refund.
