Travel Voucher Flexibility

From Monday 15
June, Jetstar Asia is extending the validity of new and existing unused
travel vouchers issued in relation to COVID-19 for use by up to 12 months
from the date of issue. As our flights are generally made available 12
months in advance, customers will now have about two years to travel.
Vouchers can
also be used across multiple bookings, where any outstanding credit can be used
towards another. Customers can check on their credit by visiting the voucher balance portal.
Multi-use vouchers applies when
Jetstar Airways (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K) and Jetstar Japan (GK) has issued a
voucher due to COVID-19 impact on travel.
All other
credit vouchers issued for reasons not listed above will be single use only.
