Travel Alert - Typhoon Hagibis affecting flights to and from Tokyo - Australia (English)

11 october 2019 (last update 14:25 AEST) - Due to super Typhoon Hagibis affecting Tokyo, Jetstar has cancelled an international flight to and from Narita International Airport (Tokyo) on Saturday 12 October. 

If your flight is affected we will contact you directly via SMS and email with alternative options. 

If you are booked to travel to Tokyo over the coming days, please check the status of you flights on the Flight Status
page on Jetstar.com on Jetstar.com or via our smartphone app before going to the airport.
