on 12 and 13 October may be delayed or canceled due to bad weather caused by
Typhoon Hagibis.
If your flight is affected, you will receive information directly to your
registered email.

following airports: NRT, NGO, KIX

Change your flight

Passengers
may change their flight to another Jetstar Japan flight on the same route
departing before two days or within three days of their original flight at no
extra cost. Please access to “Manage Booking” page.

Request
refund

Passengers
may receive a refund by flight voucher. Please go to our Contact Us
page, select “Refunds,” and follow the instructions.
