Update for 8 Nov Services between Singapore, Bali

Update on Singapore/Bali flights scheduled for Sunday, 8 November 2015

Following the latest update from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre (VAAC), our team of experts has concluded that the ash cloud is expected to stay overhead of Denpasar tomorrow.
As a result, we have had to cancel our Singapore-Bali flights on Sunday (tomorrow).
We understand these continued cancellations are frustrating, and want to get customers moving to their destination as soon as possible, but the safety of our passengers and crew is our first priority.
We will make an assessment on Monday’s flights and provide an update on Sunday.

If you have a booking between 3 November to 12 November and your Singapore/ Bali flight has been cancelled, please go to "Manage My Booking" https://booknow.jetstar.com/RetrieveBooking.aspx
on Jetstar.com and choose from the following options:
- Rebooking your travel free of charge to an alternative date, within 14 days of original departure (same destination)
- Rebooking your travel free of charge to an alternative date, within 14 days of original departure (any destination). We will waive the change fee however fare difference may apply.
- Request a Jetstar travel voucher to the value of the fare purchased on the original affected booking. Travel vouchers can be used within six months to book future travel up to 12 months in advance.
Affected passengers will receive direct communication from Jetstar via the contact details listed on their booking.
Customers who booked through Travel Agents may wish to contact those agents to update their bookings with their own personal details.
