UPDATE - 2PM AEST, Friday 29 June
We are continuing to monitor conditions in Bali following volcanic eruptions at Mount Agung.
At this stage, scheduled flights this afternoon and this evening are planned to operate subject to any change in conditions. Customers booked on these services should travel to the airport as usual. You can check your flight status here: https://booknow.jetstar.com/FlifoSearch.aspx
If there are any changes to our schedule, we will contact customers directly via sms and email.
Customers who have already had their flight cancelled today or yesterday will be contacted with alternative options.
We will provide a further update by 7pm AEST.

UPDATE: 9AM AEST, Friday 29 June
Flying conditions around Bali continue to be affected by the ash cloud from the Mount Agung volcano, and Denpasar Airport is currently closed.
As a result, we have cancelled several flights this morning to and from Bali – see list of cancelled flights and travel options below.
We have contacted customers on affected flights directly via sms and email.
Our senior pilots will make an assessment with the latest information and forecasts from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre and we will provide another update by 2pm AEST regarding this afternoon’s flights.
While these disruptions are frustrating, we will always put safety before schedule. We appreciate our customers’ patience and are doing everything we can to get customers moving as quickly as possible.
If you are currently in Bali and your flight has been cancelled:
- We will contact you with your new flight details once it is safe to resume flying.
- Please do not manually rebook your flights.
If you are in Australia or Singapore and your flight has been cancelled:
