Last Updated: 29/06/2018 06:40 AM
UPDATE:
FRIDAY 29 JUNE, 2PM:
Flying conditions around
Bali and Surabaya continue to be affected by the ash cloud from the Mount Agung
volcano.
3K247, 3K248 scheduled to
and from Surabaya have been cancelled.
3K245 from Singapore to Bali
has been retimed to 5pm, subject to safe flying conditions.
We have contacted
customers on affected flights directly via sms and email.
We will make an
assessment on any upcoming flights with the latest information and forecasts
from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre and will provide an update at 3.30PM SGT.
While these disruptions
are frustrating, we will always put safety before schedule. We appreciate our
customers' patience and are doing everything we can to get customers moving as
quickly as possible.
If you are currently in
Bali or Surabaya and your flight has been cancelled:
We will contact you with your new flight details once it is safe to resume
flying.
Please do not manually rebook your flights.
If you are in Australia
or Singapore and your flight has been cancelled.
