Last Updated: 13/01/2020 03:33 AM

Ninoy Aquino
International Airport in Manila
continues to suspend
all flights
due to the volcanic ash from the Mount Taal eruption. As a result,
Jetstar Asia has cancelled scheduled flights to and from Manila and Clark
today, Monday 13 January.  A full list can be
found below.

All customers on affected flights
will be contacted directly via email and SMS and offered travel alternatives
including changing their date of travel or opting to receive a refund in the
form of a flight voucher.

We understand these cancellations are frustrating
but the safety of our passengers and crew is our first priority.

We will continue to monitor the situation
closely and
update this Travel Alert regularly with any additional changes.
Customers can also check the status of their flights on the Flight Status page
on Jetstar.com
or via our smartphone app.
