Update on volcanic ash over Bali

Last Updated: 27/07/2015 09:53 AM

Bali flying continues

Jetstar determined it was safe to resume services in and out of Bali from 23 July 2015 following careful consideration of the latest information from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre (VAAC).

Flying conditions around Bali are currently stable so we expect to continue operating flights in and out of Denpasar Airport for the near future.

We will continue to monitor the ash cloud closely with the VAAC and will alert customers if conditions change. The safety of our customers and crew remains our first priority.

Customers who are already booked to fly should plan to travel as normal. We continue to advise customers to check their Flight Status on Jetstar.com (or the Jetstar app on your smartphone) before heading to the airport.

We thank our customers for their patience and understanding throughout this event.
