Upgrade to reservations system between 6pm tomorrow 25 February and 2am 26 February (local time)
Last Updated: 24/02/2020 03:20 AM
We are improving our global reservations system and as a result of the process, some services will be unavailable as our digital platform goes through scheduled maintenance from 18:00 (6pm) on Tuesday 25 February 2020 to 02:00 (2am) on Wednesday 26 February 2020 (Local time).
During the indicated times, the following systems will NOT be available for customers:
- Online booking (new bookings and changes to existing bookings)
- Bookings via the Jetstar contact centre (no access to view, make or change bookings).
- Contact centre
- Web check-in
- Airport check-in using our airport kiosks
- Online flight status information
If you would like to make a booking, enquire about a booking, or change an existing booking – either online or via our contact centre – please return to jetstar.com or call our contact centre after 2am (Local time) on Wednesday 26 February.
If you need to travel urgently please proceed to the airport and talk to our Service Desk for price lists, schedules and flight availability.
If you are flying with us DURING the scheduled outage and HAVE already checked-in please proceed to the airport as normal, though keep in mind that our bag drop queues may be longer than usual.
If you are flying with us DURING the scheduled outage and HAVE NOT already checked-in please get to the airport as close to the recommended check in opening time for your scheduled flight departure so you can be manually checked-in at our airport counters.
If you are flying with us AFTER the scheduled outage and HAVE NOT already checked-in, web check-in will be available from 2am (Local time) on 26 February. Remember that web check-in closes two hours before your domestic flight’s scheduled departure time.
If you want to know your flight status, please go to the website of your departure or arrival airport.
If you have any other questions, please contact us via our contact centre, on Facebook or Twitter.
Thank you for your patience during this time and we hope you enjoy your flight with us.
