Volcanic ash disrupting Bali flights
Last Updated: 26/11/2017 01:04 AM
Following an eruption of the Mount Agung volcano in Bali, Indonesia, it is not currently safe to operate flights around Denpasar Airport.
As a result we have cancelled flights to and from Bali this evening (see list below). Three flights that were enroute to Bali have returned to Australia.
Some flights planned for Sunday, 26 November have been delayed to allow for a further assessment of flying conditions in the morning. Our team of senior pilots and meteorologists will make this assessment and will only resume flights if it is safe to do so. If conditions do not improve there will be further flight cancellations.
We will contact customers on affected flights directly via email and SMS to provide further updates.
Customers can check the status of their flights on the Flight Status page on Jetstar.com or via our smartphone app.
