20 July update – Return to regularly scheduled Bali flights
Jetstar is operating all scheduled services between Bali and Australia as normal.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation with the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre (VAAC) and provide updates should conditions change.

Conditions remain unpredictable and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has issued an updated advisory regarding travel to Bali.
Options for booking alternative travel
All customers with valid bookings to or from Bali (Denpasar) between 2 July and 31 July 2015 have a range of travel options, including:
- moving to an alternative date of travel,
- travelling to an alternative destination within 28 days of their original travel date, or
- receiving a refund for their original fares in Jetstar Travel Vouchers.
Customers with any enquiries about their flights are encouraged to call Jetstar.
