Website systems upgrade between 00:00am until 02:00am (AEST)

11 June 2019 Due to an upgrade to our payment systems on our websites, we won’t be
able to process some transactions between 00:00am until 02:00am (12 June 2019).
All bookings and transactions done with a credit card or debit card will
automatically be resubmitted after this time and in those cases where a
transaction fails or declined, Jetstar will reach out to customers to process
those bookings after the system is restored.
We apologise to customers for any inconvenience, however this system
upgrade will improve the booking experience by adding currency options among
other benefits for our customers.
