Thank you for flying with Jetstar.
Due to an upgrade to our payment systems on our websites, we won’t be
able to process some transactions between June 11, 23:00 until June 12 01:00
(Japan local time).
All bookings and transactions done with a credit card or debit card will
automatically be resubmitted after this time and in those cases where a
transaction fails or declined, Jetstar will reach out to customers to process
those bookings after the system is restored.
We apologise to customers for any inconvenience.
