We're having phone issues and are currently stuck in Bali, unable to access jetstar emails as they have an email account linked to my phone that was stolen in Bali. Does anyone know of a Jetstar International Free Call number so we can change the email address they have and receive updated volcano flight changes?

My grandson and granddaughter
My grandson and granddaughter were due to fly to Bali on Saturday but the flight was cancelled My Granddaughter change her flight to Monday but had to pay for another ticket there were no refunds. This wasn't granddaughter fault as you cancelled the flight because of the ash from the volcano. Why are there no refunds when it your fault and not the passengers. Is this how you make your profits.

I called a tollfree number to jetstar while i was stuck in bali. When i checked out i was charged $60. Its not toll free and its advertised on their website as toll free. NOT HAPPY JAN!
