I called the other day to speak to a customer service rep.My call was taken by a Malaysian agent by the name of Farha Ho.I got her full name when I called the second time because when I called the first time my query wasn't solve.The second agent was really helpful and he assisted me by answerin all my queries.I told him that I called earlier and I wanted to know the name of the agent I spoke to.He gave me the same saying that the agent left some notes in my booking history.
I travelled to Malaysia 7 times and my experience was i found the Malaysian people really friendly and caring to one another.I even suggested to my son to have his honeymoon in Malaysia instead of Hawaii.Farha Ho was so rude to me and this made me really sad.I spoke to my hubby about it and he told me that just because Farha Ho was a bad agent on the phone doesn't mean all Malaysian agents are bad too.When I called the second time,the agent who took my call was simply superb.His name was Eric Dass who was also from Malaysia and he did all he could to help me.I was suprise.How could Matt help me and Farha Ho couldn't even answer a single query?
Was she even interested to do her job?Over the phone when I spoke to her,she sounded rude and abrupt.She didn't even want to listen to my query and situation.She kept cutting me off and at the end of the conversation before she hung up the phone she asked me whether I needed a car to rent.She told me I was the lucky passanger for that day and I was entitle for a car hire.What the hell right?You couldn't even answer my questions yet you want me to hire a car.Based on my opinion,having people like Farha Ho in the call centre is only going to bring bad weather and not sunshine.Get rid of her before everyone in the call centre pays the price of her actions.Once again I would like to stress,not all Malaysian agents are bad,only a handful people like Farha Ho.

I regret to say that people who compartmentalize others due to a 'fault' done by one individual are not thinking broad and narrow in their outlook in life. Take a good look at yourselves before complaining, if you start compartmentalizing people, then all you would be hearing would be remarks like all Irish are dumb, all Jews are selfish, all Aussies are lazy, all Hong Kongers are arrogant, all blacks are thieves, all bumps deserve what they get in life, (people out there, do you like these labels? Are these TRUE? Definitely not, we get all these characters in any society and in any culture or nationality), the list goes on buddy, so stop compartmentalizing and labelling Malaysians are useless, you wouldnt want people to compartmentalise you too right? The world by itself is in deep shit with all its troubles, do we need to make things worse? Aren't we all called to be more tolerant and compassionate and more forgiving? What sort of society and culture are we projecting by complaining and compartmentalizing? Do we want our children to learn from these unruly behavior, uncouth culture, unpolished mannerism? Think about it....

I worked with Jetstar call
I worked with Jetstar call centre for 3months and left the job for a better opportunity. i know the said officer(i know her vey well as she's a good friend of mine) and couldnt believe a word on what written about her. Firstly, she has worked there for almost 2years and has extensive knowledge on the product. unable to answer customers' querries must be a real joke. I felt sorry for this 'Anonymous' writer for his/her rotten heart. I have a good feeling that this was written by Farha's colleague whose heart is full of jealousy because based on my experinence working with her, she is one of the most outstanding agents. She was also very helpful to me and my batch mates. Besides, if this was a real event, why would you keep yourself as 'Anonymous'? But still i couldnt phantom the purpose of this. The bottom line is, Farha that i know, will never do any of what accused. Everybody has come across bad customer service experience, being in the field has made me well aware of the stress, intensity and many others. Just try to put yourself in these people shoes and you would understand that are also human beings. Anonynymous on the other hand, if you are a real person clarify the situation by giving details of your calls for further inspection. But i doubt you can, because this never happen and you are just one of the agents sitting in one of the cubicles with your evil heart and wish to be as EXCELLENT as FARHA HO, arent you? Trust me, God exist and so does karma.
