Call centre busy

I have just tried to reach Jetstar's call centre (+61 3 9347 0091) for over an hour now. I don't even reach through to them, the line is alway busy although their homepage states "24 Hours 7 days". Is this the norm? Apparently people here do reach them, so is this a new phenomenon or is there a certain time when it is easier to at least get into the waiting line?

They dont answer, cause know one is there, i bet they are on the piss, and then they complain they are fitigued.

Or they just have too many complaints they are dealing with, oh wait did i say they are helping people?

Next time fly Virgin or Tiger, Qantas is just as bad.
