jet star has the worst calling centre honestly im sick and tried of calling because they havent send me though the stuf that i need......... get a emailing system ..... or get ppl that can understand what im talking about....... or that can even do their job!!!! and ive called 5 time each time in the last week was waiting for 20min then i wouldnt get an answer untill 40min or so has passed come on...... your wasting ppls time

Very few people actually take the time to put pen to paper and complain, cause I'm guessing if you do it via the web someone is employed to keep hitting the delete button every few seconds.

Tried to ring qantas few times couple weeks ago. The call waiting was sooooo bad, I didn't even get chance to speak to CS after holding my phone for an hour....

I too got through to Jetstar in less than 5 mins. Called Qantas Frequent Flyers this week as well and was on hold close to 15 mins, and the woman spoke in riddles and didn't help at all. Told me to email customer care.

Crap offshore customer service doing deliberate stonewalling, outright lies, and generally not giving a s**t about the customer that helps pay their wages.
They cant even follow up on registered complaints - I guess they have the same competency deficienies in that area as Cebu Pacific. I'd put them in the same class.
