Cancelled and delayed +++

This morning I arrived at the airport to an enormous and slow queue for a jetstar flight. I was starting to panic as the queue was moving so slowly and I thought I might miss my flight, however I waited and waited then finally it was my turn - guess what - my flight was cancelled. Did they anounce this to allay our anxieties NO. Ok onto an 1100 flight - no others earlier apparently...waited around for the 1100 flight - delayed to 1330...mmm still waiitng after demanding a lunch voucher - yes you guessed it delayed to 1440 - I went home. What can one say? What a bunch of idiots. Read their guarantees, they are lying. This story is written with a lot more calm than I felt before I left. I cannot believe the incompetence. That was the last time JETSTAR.
