So if any of the employees tell you the government has cancelled the flight, it's BS because they are still permitting citizens and urgent travellers to fly internationally under the condition that they self-isolate for 14 days upon return. I was meant to fly on 23/03 and they cancelled my flight without any notice and I have had to argue with the call centre for them to actually do anything.
