Computer Says No

BEWARE: If you go online to book with Jetstar and it doesn't look like the booking has gone through - DO NOT TRY AGAIN because they debit your card and make it look like your booking didn't go through. Then if you keep trying to book, you will find the charges on your credit card. This has been going on for a long time. When you ask for a refund, they give you the run around. They don't like giving out email addresses to complain....just a post office box. I mean, in today's day and age...why would we be typing up letters and sending them in the mail? I tell you why, because it's a delay tactic. And they rarely respond to written complaints.
LISTEN UP EVERYONE : If you are serious about what Jetstar have done to you, we should all get together and protest out the front of the airport.
A Current Affair and Today Tonight should be doing a story on this defective and inefficient airline, but they wont because Jetstar are advertising on Channel 7 and 9.
SO who's up for a protest? Doesn't matter what state you live in....we can organise a rally at each airport. One thing is for sure, we wont be short on disgruntled passengers!
