Don't dare complain otherwise they will threaten to kick you off the plane!

Flight to Bali was fine, although we didn't get our paid seat upgrade the flight itself was ok.

The return flight JQ117 was a very different story
The plane was delayed by an hr which was a bit dissapointing but not the end of the world and the seats were awful, did not recline at all.

We made our way to our seat 1B 1C to discover we were unable to put our hand luggage anywhere near our upgraded seats nor able to pop my handbag under my seat. I enquired how it will be possible to reach our bags on disembarkement of the plane. Was told by the very short tempered Flight Attendant we would have to wait until the entire plane full of passengers had disenbarked firstly. Then she snatched my handbag off me and said I was not allowed to have that under my seat.

Right or wrong I turned to my partner and said 'well that's f***ed!' A couple of minutes later the same Hostess reappeared and informed me in a VERY loud voice that 'the Pilot heard my obscenity directed to my partner and would like me to disembark the plane!' 'I said are you joking?!' She said 'problem-get off, no problem then shut up!' She then said 'sooo problem or not?!' I thought about it for a moment (really wanted to tell them to get stuffed) and then said meekly 'no problem.'

30 minutes into our flight the Pilot came out of the cockpit and said to (same) Hostess 'which one was it?' She said 'her in the skirt.' He then stood there and glared at me for about 5 minutes, I was so embarrassed I pretended to look out of the window.

Throughtout the flight the (same) Hostess and her male co worker left the lights on and purposely banged around and chatted loudly all throughtout the flight. No chance of the sleep we so needed.

Once we disembarked I saw (same) Hostess chatting to a luggage lady and the both glared at me as I went past.

Surprise, surprise my suitcase took nearly 2 hr's to come out onto the Carousel (my partner's bag came out at least an hr before mine) and was the LAST one on there. The entire flight passengers had well and truly left the airport. Coincidence my suitcase was the last bag on the carousel? I don't think so. Was supposed to arrive at the airport at 2.20am, left 6am.
