Fined $60 for Child turning 12

I was fined $60 because a child with me turned 12 between the booking and the flight, even though the cost of a child is the same as an adult.

Great how Jetstar can schedule a flight and have no crew to fly the friggin plane.... leaving you stranded at the airport for 4 hours with no explanation. Offered a refund but for what that’s worth (nothing apparently) so if you want to get somewhere for an occasion DO NOT FLY JETSTAR!!!!
