Flight Changes withour notification from Jetstar

3 of us flying to cairns from gold coast for our daughters wedding. We paid for flights back from cairns to gold coast. By accident we found that all flights out of cairns to gold coast were cancelled. Nobody notified us. We had to absorbe costs from Brisbane to Gold Coast and missed out on special time at our daughters wedding, all because Jetstar do not care about their customers

What are you complaining about this is not about customer care. your flying with the wrong carrier if you are looking for customer care.
