I keep hearing this is a low cost airline

OK lets just straighten this out, I keep hearing you should expect this or that because this is a low cost airline.

It ain't that cheap! 10-20% that does not equate to a low cost airline and therefore expect to be treated in a manner that does not befit an airline.

Low cost is 50-80% If I fly Ryan air for 10 pounds to France then ok I could handle some attitue.

Southwest Airlines in the USA is an airline with cheaper rates like Jetstar, big difference is, they allow two bags free, if you miss your flight and get to the airport within 2 hrs of the departure of your original flight they will get you on the next available South west flight, they smile, they are polite and if you cannot get through to their call centre you leave your number and they tell you how long it will be for them to call you back. Guess what they call you back!

Jetstar Trolls quit telling us we should expect this or that from a cut price airline, well you are not! You are a cheaper airline that needs to get its act together.

You heard wrong. Its low class.
But with the cost of inconveniences it creates for its customers you might as well have had flown another for a higher initial fare. All airlines have problems from time to time but they dont specialize in them as this one seems to do.
