I tried to book a ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore on 11.10.2010. Due to the system error i attempted 6 times by using 3 different credit cards but only once manage to produce the booking confirmation. Others were declined by the system. However, the declined transactions were still charged to my credit cards!!
I've called several times and spoke to different customer service personnels and obtained refunds for 3 transactions within 3 months. While chasing for the remaining 2 refunds, they said according to their system, the payments were declined and asked me to fax in a complaint letter attached with my credit card statement for their verification. I was given the fax no. of 03-92777907 but it couldn't get through at all!!
I am so furious about the situation and i want my money back!!!
This was such an unpleasant experience which will cause me think twice before using their service in the future.

Are you dialing the number from Singapore or something? Are you entering the country code 61 and then taking out the first 0? eg +61 3 92777907

even if you are calling from NZ in Christchurch! You still need to dial international to get through on that fax number...40mins in trying to convince a STUPID Jetstar rep that the number wasn't working (oh yes she told me to keep trying...five days engaged???) I FINALLY spoke to her superior who told me to dial 00613 then the number! WOW great service! Shocking!!
