I intend to sue jetstar for this appalling example of business..of customer service...and wasting tax payers money $$$$$$$ by involving police Federal and local to deal with there shit! and I got assaulted becuase of their failure in duty of care to me...at the very lease

A woman on a Jetstar flight from Melbourne was given "business class treatment" and her own row of seats because she was drunk prior to boarding, a fellow passenger claims.
Gina Swannell, 53, was about to board the 8.30pm flight from Melbourne to Coolangatta last Thursday when a woman started "making a scene" by swearing loudly and yelling at passengers in the Jetstar area.
"A security guard came over to her and spoke to her but then they put her on the plane first," Ms Swannell told ninemsn.
She said the woman was seated at an empty row of the aeroplane.
"There were about 50 people waiting to board and everyone was just in shock that she was still able to fly," she said.
After arriving at Coolangatta airport, the 30-year-old woman was arrested and charged with being drunk in a public place, according to Queensland police.
Her arrest followed an incident in the car park where the woman allegedly grabbed Ms Swannell on the wrist as she walked past.
A spokesman for Jetstar refused to confirm if the woman received priority treatment and issued a generic statement about company guidelines.
"Our staff can and have refused to let passengers fly if crew believe the passenger could be considered to be a disturbance on the flight," the spokesman said.
"Staff assess passengers and make a case by case decision. Cabin crew also exercise discretion and judgement on board and may refuse to serve alcohol."

There's always one attention who goes to the media.
Firstly: If she had a medical condition she possibly showed authorities proof of this as security and police would not let her fly if they weren't ok with it.
Secondly: The captain would have met her in order to warn her that if she causes any trouble, she'll be arrested.
Thirdly: Would you rather share a row with her???
Fourthly: She assaulted (grabbed your wrist???) in a carpark OUTSIDE the airport. Jetstar's responsibility to you ended when you stepped off that plane.
Fifthly: Wasting tax payers money? What load of crap. The police wouldn't have needed to be called if such bogan trash didn't book flights in the first place. In case you didn't know, the feds are at airports at the disposal of ANY airline.
