When Jetstar let you down as

When Jetstar let you down as they often do just keep complaining to the Federal govt dept of transprt, the more complaints the quicker we will get action dont complain about rude staff thats normal but do complain about the lies and misinformation and any matters that may revolve around trade that is unfair. and every time u talk to jetstar on the phone or approach a service desk or talk with a flight attendant note their name for future reference because you will surely need it.

Rude staff should be downright ashamed of themselves for treating the very people who keep them in a job in the first place - the customers, obviously!

They're ill informed and they walk around as if customers are a total inconvenience to them.. especially when they're gossiping, carrying on with their colleagues.. how dare customers take their valuable social time! *roll eyes*
