Jetstar Fucking screwed me Up!!!

I made a simple flight booking.. a one way trip.... Filled in details and everything..seems fine..
UNTIL..there's this stupid UOB Authorization PIN.. I just left and get my phone for a while cos it's just charging... Keyed in the number and guess what ? It says the motherfucking session expired!!!
So how ? I was panicking... i try to re-book again.. and guess what ? The previous seat selection i selected which was 5D required a top up of $13 cos it was the front seat, it was taken.. i was thinking.. could it be my previous booking went in ? so i called to check jetstar and it says.. it went through. But i didn't receive any confirmation email... The jetstar caller was friendly and told me they will send the confirmation email within 24 hours. That was at 10:30pm last night. This morning, i checked my email.. NOTHING!!!

i was really freaking pissed plus my mum made noise about the airline ticket. That doubled my stress levels and pressure. It took 20 mins of recording to PICK UP MY call... and i asked the stupid jetstar caller, for my freaking confirmation email.. ask so many questions here and there.. and they told me the same thing.. is due to their system that i will receive within 24 hours. And the worse thing, they keep bugging me for Booking Reference.. that's it! I haven't even receive the final confirmation page.. and it all expired.. How am I suppose to make one up ? So i tell that bitch if it is possible to manually send to my email account ? She says..it's the system.. all is the system.. So i ask again.. what time will i receive it ? Give me a rough gauge at least.. so I don't have to be a sitting duck and wait all day just for one bloody confirmation letter... She told me could be my inbox is full... i checked my inbox capacity.. is for GOODNESS SAKE, 7 GB!! I only 6% of my GMAIL Account!!! I told her that and guess what ? She hung up my CALL!!! A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER HUNG UP MY CALL !!!!!!!!! Didn't give me alternatives or anything... HUNG UP MY CALL !!!

I was persistent.. and i CALL AGAIN... this time the officer says he will send one directly to another email account which is my mum's and he says within 5 mins. i will get my confimation letter... i thank him and thought maybe problem is fixed.

I waited 5 mins!!! NO EMAIL ! NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Can you imagine my anger ? Call 3 times to that mother fucking number and get fucked 3 times !!!

In the past Jetstar i know.. i gave a call.. and an email got sent to me immediately.. Now I have to wait 24 hours ?

This is crazy....

With your attitude of "stupid Jetstar caller" (which makes no sense by the way) and "that bitch" I don't blame them for hanging up on you. They told you its a system generated email, not sent personally by the person you talk to. YOU would not take that for an answer and kept pushing for an exact time the email would arrive, so what choice do they have but to hang up if YOU will not listen.

And they dont serve you alone,everyone faced the same problems like you and so am i to be honest but you got to put yourself into their shoes and know that they are talking to millions of people around the world who faced the same problem like u so please have some courtesy and respect for people, does not meant that they work in a call center you should look down on them! GEEZ! Some people face worst situations then you but none of them used language like u!

You sympathize with jetstar staff.. but how bout us customers? All i wanted was to go home and see my family. It is simple..You give me what i want..and i won't make noise.

But now what they do ? Give me shit by not sending the bloody confirmation and i have to declare so many things at the airport!!!

I don't pay for this kind of service!!! In the past, i call jetstar, they immediately gave me an email on the spot..
Now cos of due system changes, i dun get the email 24 hours as claimed. You imagine sitting like a duck waiting for one bloody email..

So basically you didn't get the email. You call up and they tell you it will come within 24hrs. You won't take that for an answer and keep making a fuss. What choice is there but to end the call.

Of course it could all be avoided if the email actually sent like they said, but your attitude is screwed up.

I am not sure if you guys are jetstar staff or not, but I can only tell you this. Wait till you get a really shitty service from Jetstar and I am sure you will probably be doing the same thing as Grim! Wait till your flight was moved to another date without Jetstar advising you, and when you called the customer service, they promise to call you back with more options on your cancelled flight AND you dont get a call 2 weeks down the line. Wait till your baggage is lost and jetstar wouldnt even call you up when the baggage has already been found 4 days after your flight! Wait till you experience shitty toilets in the plane! Wait till some of those things and other horror stories in this page happens to you John and Angeline, and then tell me that Jetstar is not a fucking joke and that you will not be shouting expletives on the other side of the phone! If you experience those horrendous things from Jetstar and you dont do those things as Grim (or myself) has done, then Mother Theresa is waithing for both of you wherever she is now!

First of all I did not see that you wrote your stories here. Secondly I did mention that I myself am going through difficulty with Jetstar?
Customer Service advisers are human as well and like you me and everyone else when am sure you do not like to be scream at and used verbal language on for things that are beyond your control am sure they don't as well! Yes, i understand all that Grim wants is her email but not everything is within reach of the customer service advisers! Geez, you think that these people only there to serve you and not other customers? You think that they are own by your family and that when you call and request things they should just give it to you? Stop acting like an Asian spoil kid- I know i am an Asian spoil kid as well,but lets be rational and think of people's feeling and put ourselves in their shoes and see how they feel. Does not mean that they are working for Jetstar they are all connected, you are calling the customer service line, you don't expect them to know everything about each and every part of the flights!
Mind you, you are calling the Customer Service line in the Philippines and they cant do much, why don't calling those that are on this site like the direct number to the ones in Australia? I know when i called the NZ one last night it was an Aussie number...
Remember, you pay for what you get! You want a cheap and good airline, Sorry Mate,it does not happen, but you want cheap and some sort of service... Jet star is there.. Remember, you pay for peanuts, expect peanuts! :)
