Jetstar in the gun again over refunds

Wankers......

Someone needs to fire the current PR people and Marketing people. Current airline policy regarding refunds on the whole is unscrupulous to say the least.
I will never fly Jetstar... ever.... period.

That said so do we here in Au.

Any one remember what Air NZ did to a once good airline AN?

I will NEVER fly Air NZ.... ever .... period.
Rather go Jet * and take my chances.

I flew domestically in NZ with Air NZ twice last year. They seem to have a very old run down fleet of aged 737's. Wasn't the most comfortable. But the crew were pretty good.
