How far do they want to go? Jetstar invest in proper staff who know what they are doing.
What are your thoughts? Jetstar need to grow up, and those poor kids, not easy with 2 twin kids and being told repeately they she could take them.

And the best part is she will never get the refund they promised, because no one ever does from Jetstar. Wait 15 business days she will be told. Then wait another 5-7 bussiness days in the "fast track queue" after it wasnt done in the 15 business days.
Then she'll be told it's in a queue for a voucher instead of cash refund.... pls wait another 15 business days as it's now in the correct queue.....then nothing will happen again....and so on and so on.
Jetstar have the most incompetent customer service centre on the planet....they will tell you what you want to hear (when you can get them to understand what your actually calling about) and then stuff you around until you give up on the refund they promised you, and you receive nothing.
