I have already posted something similar, but in the hope that Jetstar may do something about this, I will keep on posting.
Refer - Being the manager of a hotel in queensland, I have offered the police, fire dept, search & rescue, hospital staff free accommodiation at our hotel.
Spoke to Patrick Martin from Jetstar who offered us some cheap "Compassionate Fares" at NZ$90 each way. Now when I have come to book them, Jetstar are defaulting on their promise. Whats more I can not get hold of Patrick Martin either.
I have also sent an email to Jetstar with no response todate, hopefully they will resolve it soon

I dont know why you are disappointed in Jetstar I have concluded in my mind that your caption fits what their corporate goals are.
Depending on your location why dont you try bringing your issue up with a talk back radio program. One such host has given up on Jetstar and even with his contacts can do nothing to turn Jetstar onto the straight and narrow and refrain from its wicked ways. This guy has had success with Telstra but he delights in flying Virgin now and letting all know when he does. He does let people on though to enlighten the rest of the world about their sufferings under Jetstar in the hope they are saved from suffering.
